Privacy Policy
This page covers what happens when you sign up for festival roundup updates on this site. It doesn't cover every possible use of this website — just what we collect through the signup form, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
The email address you type into the signup form. Your consent to be emailed, plus the version of this consent notice you agreed to and the date/time you agreed. The page you signed up from (for example, the homepage or an event page), so we know which parts of the site are driving interest.
What we don't collect through this form
Nothing else. We don't ask for your name, location, or any other personal detail here.
Why we collect it
To send you Bavaria festival roundups and occasional updates you've signed up for.
Where it's stored
Your signup is stored securely. We may use service providers to help operate and deliver the festival roundup and updates you signed up for, and we only share your information with them for that purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We only share it with service providers as needed to operate and deliver the festival roundup and updates.
Unsubscribing or deleting your data
You can ask to be removed from this list, or have your signup data deleted entirely, at any time by using our submit a privacy request. We'll handle the request using the email address you supply there and confirm once it's done.
Who's responsible for this data
This site is operated by Bavaria On Tap.
